Shipping Fanatics Ltd is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers must not ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:

Illegal drugs or narcotics

Firearms, ammunition, or weapons without proper permits

Explosives or hazardous materials

Counterfeit goods

Items prohibited by Jamaican Customs or international law

The Company reserves the right to refuse, hold, inspect, or surrender such items to authorities without notice.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. Customers are solely responsible for:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type. Storage fees may apply for items not collected within the specified timeframe. Unpaid balances may result in shipment delays, storage charges, or forfeiture of goods where legally permitted.

7. Storage and Uncollected Items

Goods not collected within the Company’s stated storage period may:

Incur additional storage fees. Be sold, disposed of, or surrendered to customs authorities to recover costs, in accordance with applicable laws

8. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times provided are estimates only. Shipping Fanatics Ltd does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by:

Airlines, shipping lines, or third-party carriers

Weather, natural disasters, or acts of God

Customs inspections or government actions

9. Liability and Limitation of Liability

Shipping Fanatics Ltd is not an insurer of goods.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the declared value or the amount permitted by applicable shipping conventions.
